Sambal Kerang

Was thinking to have this menu for my dinner today. Have to check whtr I have all the ingredients.

1) Clam
2) Limegrass
3) A pinch of belacan
4) Assam Jawa
5) Salt to taste
6) Onions

That should be all. Firstly, you will have to boil the clam. Then, peel the shell and take the meat out. Fried all the ingredients (pounded) and the clam. Wait for about 10 minutes and voilla..Lets enjoy the fried clam in happy mode..

It is very not hard to do the cooking. Just let go the laziness in you. Ok?
